He's in doggie heaven, but I wish he were here with me again.

My mama and daddy got married in Rome last year on 08-08-08, and they told me that when they were walking down the street everyone would shout "Mille Auguri!" I think that's pretty cool.

I hear you have a doggie of your own waiting for you back home. Kisses and wags to her!

XOXO,
Milo Da Golden Bear in San DiegoNajiahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14530016194487801049noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2757344416764394557.post-65257795224292879912009-06-13T22:43:31.922-07:002009-06-13T22:43:31.922-07:00Hi Monika,

My husband and i are looking at moving there in a few years time and your blog has really opened my eyes. After our temporary stay there, we hope to also start a family and being pregnant in Italy seem so much nicer than back here at home! Is it hard with Dr appointments etc?
Anyway, if you want to email me sputnik_euro@yahoo.com.au is my address.
Keep up the great blogging, hopefully i will be doing the same thing one of these days!
Annie Naumann
Queensland, Aust.Annie Naumannnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2757344416764394557.post-55625372997316649122009-06-11T06:43:11.810-07:002009-06-11T06:43:11.810-07:00Many congratulations! It was weird, she'd latch on and within a few minutes I'd be asleep. I love how the Italians are with young kids. The noises and tickles from the young hunky grocer, the cooing of the lady at the cafe is lovely.Teparyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18185795159993871901noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2757344416764394557.post-56020611674892797872009-06-11T06:13:23.894-07:002009-06-11T06:13:23.894-07:00I love all these stories...It must be one of the b...I love all these stories...It must be one of the best places to be pregnant for sure :)erinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12566606467183717600noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2757344416764394557.post-64858740269146419502009-06-11T03:24:13.458-07:002009-06-11T03:24:13.458-07:00Oh yes they love a pregnant lady, and babies. Especially having a lunch out, and chattering..

They are very strict over here what you are allowed to eat, very odd, I had my children years ago, and ate everything :-)

You will feel soooo tired, hormonal adjustment...rest whenever you can and when ever you feel you need to...

Yes you should get a stamp..MADE IN ITALY... oh have you only got a month left there.. :-( take care x xAnne in Oxfordshirehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14479380647784781207noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2757344416764394557.post-2397832140707336152009-06-10T18:28:55.968-07:002009-06-10T18:28:55.968-07:00Enjoy this time Mon as u deserve to be treated lik...Enjoy this time Mon as u deserve to be treated like a queen. Reading your blog remined me of the time during my 1st pregnancy when you and I caught the cat bus in our lunch break to the city for a slushie I was craving and people gave up their seat for me on the way there and on the way back to the office. It was a lovely feeling to have people notice! As for the food everyone who has been a mum around me always told me what to eat and what not to eat which I listened to obediently, mind u I didn't take a bit of notice in my 2nd pregnancy! xxGinanoreply@blogger.com
